Your First Batch – A Step-by-Step Guide
Quick start
1. Sign Up: Create an account on https://batcher.ai
2. Upload your file: Drag & drop a `.csv` or `.xlsx`
3. Use a formula: e.g., =llm(`prompt`, `config name`) (choose "default" config name for use included free inference) -> =llm(`Why the sky is blue`, `default`)
4. Click Process: Batcher will auto-fill the results
5. Download your output: Export the final file
Creating an account
To start using our platform, you must first create a user account:
Go to the system's homepage

Click on "Sign in with" or "Not registered"

Fill out the registration form with the following information:
Username (unique identifier)
Valid email address
Secure password (minimum 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and special characters)
Token to access the project (provided by Fasteo company for the demo)
Click on "Register" to confirm your registration
Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click on the activation link
Your account is now created and ready to use.
Start the process
Import your datas
Access the Import Section Navigate to the section titled “Import your data
Upload Your File You have two options to upload your file:
Drag and Drop your file directly into the blue upload area.
Or, Click the upload area to browse your device and select a file.
Supported File Formats
.CSV (Comma-Separated Values)
.XLSX (Microsoft Excel files)
Notes
Make sure your file is correctly formatted to ensure successful processing.
File size limits may apply depending on your system configuration.
After this you can use the built in function of our application and then start the treatment of your datas. Once the treatment is done you will be able to export your datas to use outside of our application.
Export your datas
Complete Data Processing Make sure your data has been processed using one of the two available methods:
Sequential Processing – Each cell is analyzed independently.
Level-by-Level Processing – Data is analyzed hierarchically.
Export the Result After processing:
Click the “Export Data” button to download the resulting dataset.
The exported file will be in a format compatible with common spreadsheet tools (e.g., .CSV or .XLSX).
Customize Before Export (Optional)
Use “Add Row” or “Add Column” to modify the data structure before export.
You can preview the content in the table below the processing options.
Exported File Content The file will include:
All the processed entries as shown in the interface.
Any additional rows or columns you’ve manually added.
